Creating a Data Center under vCenter

Datacenter is physical & Virtual building blocks e.g Servers, Storage and other inventory objects like Virtual Machines, Standard & Distributes switch etc.

Let's see the creation and steps.

• Open vCenter servers with appropriate credentials (Make sure you must have permission to create Data Center in VMware vCenter)

• right click on vCenter server and select new Datacenter option.

• Enter The name of Datacenter and click ok to finish the process.

• Data Center has been created as like below pic. You may now add host under this DC.
